We visited the Colosseum, Archeological area next to the Colosseum which included Palatine Hill, a museum, and a garden. We also saw the Trevi Fountain, the Pantheon, Villa Borghese gardens, and Castle Sant’Angelo. We crossed into the Vatican, lining up for over an hour in the free entry line to see the inside of Saint Peter’s Basilica. It was worth the wait - the inside is amazing and much bigger than it appears from outside.
