Museum - Vietnamese
We visited Salt Mills on our way to Leeds, a Victorian industrial era textile mill turned art space. The building was incredible and huge!
We found a cute vietnamese restaurant in Leeds and had Bahn Mi, Tofu noodle salad and vietnamese ice coffees for dinner.
Our full day in Leeds was spent at the Royal Armouries Museum. We saw a model war elephant which was impressive, a demonstration of Angle Saxon sword fighting, and did the crossbow challenge where we were able to fire 8 bolts each from a mounted crossbow which was fun.
