It was surrounded by hills and sheep and the views were great (especially in the morning with a coffee). We soon found out the RAF uses the valley for flight training so we had various military planes and helicopters flying past quite low - including some fighter jets which was amazing, if not disruptive as every time we heard one (usually with very little warning as they were so fast), we would all rush out to watch it go past.
